Delivery & Returns

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/bank holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from suppliers to ensure affordable prices and minimise environmental impact.

Estimated delivery times:

UK Delivery: 6-12 business days (varies by supplier)

EU Delivery: 6–14 business days (varies by supplier)

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow between 5–10 business days for tracking information to update.

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to UK will already include VAT, however orders to EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from dispatch, please contact us at info@sageandsnuggle.com. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Free Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! 💚 If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer one free exchange for a different size, colour, or style (where available).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • We’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement item to you.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll provide a refund or store credit instead.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection (please check product sizing carefully).
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@sageandsnuggle.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Include supporting photographs showing any damage or defects.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.

Return Process

  • Returns must be posted back to the address provided by our team.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without proof.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either resend the correct item at no additional cost or offer a refund.

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, delays can occur, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales).
  • We are committed to providing fair solutions and aim to resolve any delivery or product issues as quickly as possible.
