1. When will my order arrive?

Typically, delivery to the UK takes 6–15 business days, and to EU 7–18 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey every step of the way!

2. Why does shipping take longer than usual?

To keep prices affordable and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our trusted suppliers.
This helps us offer you unique products without the high markups, and we truly appreciate your patience while your order is on its way! 🌍

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.
Simply click the link provided to see real-time updates.
Please allow 5–10 business days for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

4. I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Sometimes, to get your items to you faster, we ship them separately from different suppliers.
This means you may receive multiple packages — more happy mail days for you! 📦✨

5. I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

If it’s been more than 30 business days since you received your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sageandsnuggle.com.
We'll be happy to investigate and make sure you’re taken care of! 💬

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We start processing your order quickly to get it to you as soon as possible.
If you need to make changes, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order — we'll do our best to help!

7. What is your return policy?
