Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
- You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection (please check product sizing carefully).
- Sale or clearance items, unless they are faulty.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@sageandsnuggle.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Include supporting photographs showing any damage or defects.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.
Return Process
- Returns must be posted back to the address provided by our team.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without proof.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either resend the correct item at no additional cost or offer a refund.
