Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.
  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size selection (please check product sizing carefully).
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@sageandsnuggle.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Include supporting photographs showing any damage or defects.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide next steps.

Return Process

  • Returns must be posted back to the address provided by our team.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without proof.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either resend the correct item at no additional cost or offer a refund.
