4. Order Process and Payment

We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect billing or shipping information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the UK and European countries using third-party suppliers and logistics partners (including AliExpress and Temu via DSers). Delivery times range between 7–25 business days, depending on the destination.

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
