Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/bank holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from suppliers to ensure affordable prices and minimise environmental impact.

Estimated delivery times:

UK Delivery: 6-12 business days (varies by supplier)

EU Delivery: 6–14 business days (varies by supplier)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow between 5–10 business days for tracking information to update.

Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped to UK will already include VAT, however orders to EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from dispatch, please contact us at info@sageandsnuggle.com. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
